Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return / Exchange An Item

All items must be returned  in original, unused condition, unless there is a manufacturer's defect.  Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.  Return items in original packaging including all inserts within 30 days of date of purchase.  

NOTE: You are responsible for all shipping charges and for any loss or damage incurred during shipping.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless we determine that the product is being exchanged due to manufacturer's defect.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 9am – 4:30pm. Once you place an order, you will not be able to cancel or change the order or any shipping information.  Instead, you must accept delivery and return the item in accordance with the policy above.

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: USPS and UPS

Under our shipment contract with these carriers, the risk of loss or damage and title for the items you order pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.  You will have to address any claim for loss or damage during shipment directly with the carrier.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to cancel your order at that time.
